system. Leaves fall, become compost and return to the soil, restoring its fertility. From that soil, plants grow, nourishing insects, animals and microorganisms. The vineyard is not separated from the rest of the farm; it is in constant dialogue with woodland, olive groves, meadows, hedgerows, wind, sunlight and biodiversity.
