WINEMAKING<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After arriving at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed<\/strong> without breaking the berries.
Fermentation takes place exclusively with indigenous yeasts <\/strong>in masonry tanks filled to no more than 50% of their capacity, where the must macerates for 10 days.<\/strong>
After a very gentle pressing at no more than 1 bar <\/strong>using a central membrane pneumatic press, the wine rests for a short period in masonry tanks before ageing for seven months in barriques and tonneaux.<\/strong> It is then blended in stainless steel before bottling. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A full-bodied red wine that reflects the character of two native grape varieties deeply connected to this territory.
It shows an intense ruby-red colour. The nose is elegant, broad, balanced and persistent, with ripe red fruit aromas such as cherry and plum, complemented by delicate spicy notes.
On the palate it is harmonious and refined, with firm yet polished tannins and a well-integrated, persistent acidity. The finish is warm, rounded and expressive, revealing juicy fruit and a strong sense of place. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
