Each wine offers a different interpretation of the Pianalti del Valdarno, where nature, time and the work of the winegrower come together to create wines that are always recognisable, yet never the same.
Pian del Pino’s organic artisan wines are shaped by the meeting of place, climate and vintage. Rather than pursuing the same style year after year, they seek to express what the land is genuinely able to offer.
The grape varieties, winemaking methods and ageing all change from one wine to another, but one principle remains constant: allowing every wine to preserve a clear connection with its origin.
Production is intentionally limited, and some wines are released only in selected vintages or in very small quantities.
WHITE, ROSÉ & SPARKLING WINES
SYRMOS
A whisper of hay, wildflowers and almond, subtle yet persistent.
100% Trebbiano Toscano – White Wine
One day of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation in oak, aged in stainless steel.
Syrmos is a fresh, persistent white wine in which Trebbiano Toscano expresses an essential yet anything but simple character. A faithful interpretation of the variety, naturally reflecting the light and balance of the Pianalti del Valdarno.
AETHERIS
The unexpected side of Sangiovese: light, fresh and elegant.
100% Sangiovese – Rosé Wine
Sangiovese vinified as a white wine, sourced from vineyard rows growing alongside mature trees. Gentle pressing, settling, fermentation in wood and ageing in steel.
Aetheris is an elegant, mineral-driven rosé in which Sangiovese expresses itself with lightness while retaining its depth. It reveals the brightest side of the Pianalti del Valdarno, where freshness, balance and elegance come together naturally.
LYMPHA
Fine, mineral and alive: Sangiovese in its freest form.
100% Sangiovese – Bottle-Fermented Rosé
Born from Aetheris, it completes its fermentation in the bottle. No fining. No filtration.
Lympha is a naturally bottle-fermented wine where the bubbles never overshadow the wine, but accompany its expression. Sangiovese preserves its identity and vividly reveals the most vibrant side of the Pianalti del Valdarno.
MARII
A rosé that speaks like a red: fresh, yet with a deeper voice.
100% Sangiovese – Rosé Wine
From vines growing alongside trees.
Short skin contact (8–24 hours), with no fining or settling. Spontaneous fermentation in oak.
Marii combines the freshness of a rosé with the depth of a red, keeping Sangiovese at the heart of its identity. A wine that interprets the spirit of the Pianalti del Valdarno with balance, savouriness and elegance.
VERSATILE RED WINES
SUD OVEST
The red of the Tuscan breezes: authentic, convivial and sincere.
Sangiovese, Colorino del Valdarno e Malvasia Nera – Vino rosso
Short maceration and ageing in concrete vats. A fresh, easy-drinking red that is immediately enjoyable, yet capable of expressing character and depth.
Sud Ovest was created to be shared. A straightforward and convivial red that belongs at the table without losing its connection to the land. In the Pianalti del Valdarno, it reveals the most spontaneous side of Sangiovese: authentic, balanced and sincere.
TèMPRA
Where Tempranillo meets the Pianalti del Valdarno, an unexpected red is born.
Tempranillo with Sangiovese – Red Wine
Tempranillo brings ripeness, intensity and aromatic richness, while Sangiovese contributes freshness, balance and tension.
Tèmpra is born from the meeting of Tempranillo’s character and the balance of the Pianalti del Valdarno. It interprets the variety with an essential and elegant style, where ripeness, freshness and precision coexist naturally. Oak ageing supports this identity without weighing it down, giving rise to a distinctive, deep and harmonious red wine.
STRUCTURED RED WINES
PIANALTI
When time completes the work of the vineyard.
Sangiovese, Colorino del Valdarno e Malvasia Nera – Vino rosso.
Oak ageing followed by bottle ageing.
Longer maceration and oak ageing. Made from the same grapes as Sud Ovest, it reveals a very different expression: greater depth and concentration, a broader palate and a more composed evolution.
Oak ageing accompanies this evolution without masking the wine’s character, allowing a red of structure, balance and elegance to emerge naturally. Pianalti offers a different interpretation of the same grapes: less immediate and convivial than Sud Ovest, but created for those seeking greater depth and ageing potential.

Sangiovese and Colorino del Valdarno – Red Wine
Skin fermentation followed by oak ageing. Sangiovese and Colorino naturally complement each other: the former brings elegance and freshness, while the latter contributes structure, colour and depth.
Pian del Pino is born from the balance between these two identities. A red wine that combines precision and energy, allowing the vineyard and the grape varieties to speak for themselves.
JUBILUS
Sangiovese in its fullest expression.
100% Sangiovese from the Vigna delle Farfalle – Red Wine
Skin fermentation followed by oak ageing. Elegant and enveloping, Jubilus expresses the true character of Sangiovese through notes of cherry, sour cherry, red plum and wild berries, accompanied by violet, dried rose, tobacco, aromatic herbs and delicate spices.
The palate is full, harmonious and persistent, always supported by a natural balance between power and grace. A wine that does not seek to impress, but to reveal the most authentic and complete expression of Sangiovese with depth and restraint.

SALIX
Intense, dark and rare: the truest expression of Colorino del Valdarno.
100% Colorino del Valdarno – Red Wine
Short maceration followed by oak ageing. A wine of character, deep and structured, capable of combining power with finesse.
For many years, Colorino del Valdarno was used almost exclusively as a blending grape. Salix was created to show that this native variety can express a distinctive identity on its own: an intense yet elegant wine, surprising for its balance, depth and natural complexity.
TERRE MURATE
Patience taking shape in the glass.
100% Merlot dried on the vine – Passito Wine
Naturally dried on the vine, with long skin contact and over five years of oak ageing. A deep, structured wine where concentration and elegance find a rare balance.
Terre Murate is born from patience. Natural drying on the vine concentrates the fruit, while extended ageing gently guides the wine towards remarkable complexity without masking its character. The result is an intense, contemplative Passito, where notes of dried fruit, cocoa, tobacco and spices come together in a broad, persistent and surprisingly vibrant finish.
