AETHERIS

Sangiovese vinified in white, soft pressing, decanting, fermentation in wood, ageing in steel.

Elegant, mineral, with lively acidity and minerality and very delicate tannins with a pleasantly bitter finish that gives depth to the palate and invites another sip.

LYMPHA

Refined, mineral, lively, when Sangiovese becomes pure instinct.

100% Sangiovese (rows near trees). Sparkling rosé From the base of Aetheris, refermented in the bottle with the addition of unfiltered, unblended must from the previous year.

Fine bubbles, lively soul, light structure.

MARII

A rosé that speaks like a red: fresh but with a deep voice.

Still rosé from Sangiovese – short maceration (8–24 hours), no decanting, fermentation in wood.

SUD OVEST

The red of the Tuscan breezes: authentic, convivial, sincere.

Sangiovese (80%), Colorino and Malvasia Nera – Red Wine
Short maceration, ageing in masonry tanks.
A slender, fresh, versatile red with a strong territorial identity.

TèMPRA

The Iberian soul on Tuscan soil: warmth, balance, energy.

80% Tempranillo and Sangiovese.

Medium maceration at low temperature and ageing in wood.
An atypical red for Tuscany, where the elegance and tension of the Iberian grape variety blend with the structure and intensity of the Valdarno High Plans.

Elegant, velvety, with notes of ripe cherry, plum, tobacco, wild roses and vanilla; silky tannins and a long, harmonious, persistent finish.

STRUCTURED RED WINES

PIANALTI

The intensity of Tuscany, structure, evolution and intensity.

Sangiovese (80%), Colorino and Malvasia Nera – Red Wine

Medium maceration, ageing in wood. More textured than Sud-Ovest

JUBILUS

Deep roots, Tuscan soul. Jubilus is the free song of Sangiovese.

100% Sangiovese – Red Wine

Prolonged maceration and ageing in wood.

Elegant, enveloping, with typical Sangiovese notes such as cherry, black cherry, red plum, currant, raspberry, sweet violet, rose, tobacco leaf, Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs, black pepper and tea. Full and persistent on the palate.

SPECIAL WINES

SALIX

A wine unlike any other: intense, dark, rare, rebellious.

100% pure Colorino del Valdarno. – Red wine
Short maceration and ageing in wood.

Intense, spicy, powerful but refined, a rare wine (the only winery to produce it in purity) . Originally from the Valdarno area, it clearly stands out for the typical characteristics of the particular Colorino biotype with a very complex aromatic profile.

TERRE MURATE

An unusual passito: deep, complex, meditative.

100% Merlot dried on the vine. Passito wine.
Very long maceration and equally long ageing in wood (5 years).

Full and dry on the palate, surprisingly fresh, a wine for meditation, broad in the mouth as if it were a fortified wine (but it is not).
